Jennifer Siddons

Jennifer is a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. She earned her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy from National University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from San Diego State University.

Jennifer has worked with adults, children, adolescents, couples and families. She has gained extensive experience working with children, teens, transitional aged youth, and parents with a wide range of mental health needs in a variety of locations including, in-home, residential, school based and private practice settings.

Jennifer practices from a psychodynamic, attachment and trauma informed perspective and believes we are strongly motivated by the desire for connection and relationships with others and that our past relationships, including our relationship with ourselves, effects our current functioning.

Jennifer utilizes a variety of evidence based practices including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Family Systems, Psychodynamic and Humanistic modalities.

Jennifer provides a compassionate, supportive, empathetic, humorous, non-judgmental, safe space to explore your thoughts and feelings. She is passionate about helping her client’s identify their own individual strengths, and increase their confidence in their ability to overcome challenges.
