Her goal is to equip you with tools that you can implement instinctively during times of need. Together, you will understand the difficulties you feel currently, before diving into recognizing what past issues could be affecting you today in order to find closure.

She is a bilingual Associate Marriage and Family Therapist fluent in English and Spanish who understands that seasons in life can become difficult to transition into. She draws on theories and methods to cater to your needs, such as person-centered approaches, Cognitive Behavioral Theory, and IFS principles, while incorporating mindfulness-based practices. She also finds the Gottman Method effective for couples working towards strengthening their bond. Her experiences with individuals, children, and couples of diverse backgrounds have allowed her to expand the lens she uses to deeply understand each unique perspective.
