It’s a big world out there and adolescents are developmentally on the edge of making many major decisions. Adolescents often seek counseling for help with relationships, depression, anxiety, self-image, or learning to make positive choices.

In the 21st century there is additional pressure due to social media, distance learning, cyber bullying, and social isolation. Services are available for both in-person and telehealth.

At Healthy Connections Counseling Center, our clinicians use technology and a variety of techniques, including mindfulness, cognitive, and other evidence-based approaches to help tweens and teens learn to problem solve using both emotion and logic. We also offer psychological testing and evaluations for learning, developmental and sensory concerns.
