I aim to create a comfortable, calm, and safe space for you to share, and for us to work collectively. I feel your voice is just as, if not more, valuable than my voice. You are the expert on your experience and together, we will work to ease your stress, decrease your anxiety or depression, or address whatever challenges you are facing. Innately, I work from a client-centered approach. However, I will happily meet you where you are, or bring another approach to our time together if that is preferrable.
