Inga Crisci, AMFT

Inga Crisci is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who provides in-person therapy and works primarily with individuals, couples, and teens. She is a dedicated and compassionate clinician who provides a safe, welcoming, empathetic environment for all clients. She believes in the transformative power of therapy and is passionate about helping her clients achieve personal growth and meaningful connections.

Inga specializes in areas such as anxiety, depression, communication issues, and life transitions. She utilizes a blend of dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), internal family systems (IFS) and parts work, attachment theory, and mindfulness techniques. Inga believes in an integrative approach to therapy where various modalities can be tailored to the individual needs of the client.

In addition, Inga enjoys working with couples and the complexities of their relationships. She specializes in intimacy issues, communication barriers, co-parenting and infidelity. She is trained in relational life therapy (RLT), emotionally focused therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method with the goal of equipping couples with tools to thrive.

Outside of work, Inga enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and dog, and playing pickleball. She is committed to ongoing learning and regularly attends professional development courses to stay current in the ever-changing field of mental health.
